Partnering for Enterprise AI: Bela Blasi Takes on Americas Role to Power Indicium AI's Next Growth Chapter

Indicium AI

Indicium AI exists to turn AI from a promise into a reality for the world's largest enterprises. By combining deep engineering and governance expertise with our Anthropic Preferred Partner status, we move global organizations from pilots to production. As our partnership with Anthropic deepens and the US opportunity accelerates, Bela Blasi is stepping into a new leadership role, leading Partnerships across the Americas.

Bela has been with the business for almost ten years - "which in this industry feels like several careers in one," she says - working across strategy and go-to-market as the business scaled globally. That history has helped her to shape a clear view of what moves the needle.

"Technology, alone, doesn't create business value. I've watched brilliant tools go nowhere, and well-deployed ones change how an entire company operates. The difference is usually the same: the data foundations underneath, the engineering around it, and the people who make it stick," Bela explains.

She describes her new mandate simply: helping enterprises move from aspiration to production, jointly building go-to-market solutions and making sure Indicium AI shows up where AI is moving fastest.

Why this role matters now

The conversation with US enterprises has shifted, and that shift is precisely why Bela's role is critical to growth in the market.

"Leaders are no longer asking whether AI works, they're asking how to deploy it securely, responsibly, and at enterprise scale, and they want proof that it works," she says. "Access to great models is no longer the challenge. What they need is a partner who understands data, engineering, governance, and change management, and can bring it all together into production. That's where Indicium AI creates the most value, and nowhere is that demand stronger than in the US."

The Anthropic partnership

Central to that value is Indicium AI's relationship with Anthropic, and Bela's role sits at the heart of deepening it in the USA and LATAM.

"Anthropic is defining what enterprise AI looks like for organizations that put reliability, security, and responsible deployment first - exactly the customer segment we serve," she says. "Our strengths are complementary: Anthropic builds the models; we build everything around them - the data foundations, engineering, governance, and adoption that turn a model into a business capability. Together, we help organizations move beyond pilots to AI that shows up in the P&L."

As a Preferred Partner in the Claude Partner Network, Indicium AI gets earlier access to new capabilities and closer collaboration on enterprise opportunities - and Bela recently attended Anthropic's first Partner Summit.

"Being in that room said something clear about the trust Anthropic has placed in Indicium AI as a differentiated partner with the right set of technical skills, industry knowledge and scalability needed to support enterprise AI adoption at scale across regulated industries," she says. "This ecosystem is still being shaped, and being in the room means we get to help shape it."

Claude Code Workshops: Hands on with real challenges

One of the clearest expressions of that partnership is Indicium AI's Claude Code Workshops - immersive, hands-on sessions where engineers and technical leaders build with Claude Code in real time.

"Rather than watching a demonstration, participants solve problems they recognize from their own engineering environments. There's a big difference between hearing about what Claude Code can do and feeling it yourself," Bela says.

First launched in Europe and Brazil with Anthropic and some of the world's largest financial institutions in attendance, the format is deliberately intimate: small groups of senior engineers rather than broad audiences.

"Builders need to build. We keep the groups small so every participant has their hands on a keyboard and explores real engineering challenges with dedicated support from our experts," she explains. "Senior engineers ultimately determine whether AI makes it into production. When they experience the technology firsthand, that's often where enterprise adoption begins."

That format has now arrived in the US, starting in New York this September - and the response has exceeded expectations.

"Within days of opening registrations, we saw strong interest from engineering leaders across major financial institutions including JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, American Express, and many others," Bela says. "That's a reflection of where the market is today. Organizations want practical, hands-on experiences that help their engineering teams understand how AI fits into real development workflows - not another presentation about AI's potential."

What's next in the US?

The workshop is a starting point, not an endpoint. From there, Indicium AI will help organizations identify use cases, establish data and governance foundations, and scale adoption enterprise-wide. Building on that momentum, Indicium AI is planning its Applied AI Symposium in New York later this year, bringing together customers, technology leaders, and partners.

"The enthusiasm we saw around registrations for the New York workshop reinforced that organizations want honest conversations about enterprise AI, grounded in real implementation experience," Bela says.

For Bela, the workshops, the Anthropic partnership, and the US growth story are one strategy: technology creates interest, hands-on experience builds confidence, and strong execution creates lasting transformation and ROI.

Looking a year ahead, her ambition for the US business is clear.

"I hope that, a year from now, we're recognized not simply for helping organizations adopt AI, but for helping them operationalize it at scale in the US," Bela says. "The companies that lead this next wave of AI will be the ones that learn to integrate AI models into their products and decision-making fastest. If Indicium AI becomes known as the partner that helps enterprises make that transition with confidence and at scale, we'll have accomplished exactly what we're setting out to do."
