Our commitment

Indicium AI is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and across our supply chains. We recognise our responsibility to act ethically, transparently, and with integrity in all business relationships, and to implement effective systems and controls to safeguard against modern slavery.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps we have taken during to minimise the risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chains.

Our business

Indicium AI is a global data & AI consultancy delivering end to end data & AI transformation, bridging technology and business to turn strategy into measurable value. We operate primarily in Europe (UK & Portugal) & the Americas (USA, Brazil) working with clients globally.

Our supply chain primarily consists of technology vendors, software providers, and business support services.

Policies and governance

We are committed to ensuring that modern slavery does not occur within our business or supply chains. Our approach is supported by relevant internal policies, including:

  • Code of Conduct

  • Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

  • Whistleblowing Policy

  • Supplier standards and contractual obligations

These policies set clear expectations for ethical behaviour, human rights, and compliance with applicable laws.

Due diligence and risk assessment

We take a risk-based approach to assessing modern slavery risks within our supply chain. Given the nature of our business, we consider the overall risk to be low; however, we remain vigilant, particularly when engaging new suppliers or operating in higher-risk regions.

Our due diligence measures include:

  • Assessing suppliers at onboarding stage

  • Including appropriate contractual protections

  • Engaging with reputable suppliers and partners

  • Reviewing supplier practices where relevant

Training and awareness

We promote awareness of modern slavery and ethical business practices across the organisation. Relevant employees are expected to understand the signs of modern slavery and the importance of reporting concerns.

Reporting concerns

Employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders are encouraged to raise concerns relating to unethical behaviour or potential modern slavery. Reports can be made via ethics@indicium.ai and all concerns will be taken seriously and investigated appropriately.

Continuous improvement

We are committed to continuously improving our practices and will review and enhance our approach to addressing modern slavery risks as our business grows and evolves.

Approval

This statement has been approved by the European CEO of Indicium AI and will be reviewed annually.
